All current Hendrix College students,

Below is a detail of the basic fee structure for returning students for the Hendrix College 2009-10 Academic Year. This fee structure was approved by the College?s Board of Trustees. Although this is not a complete list of fees for 2009-10, I wanted to get these basic charges to you now.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Business Office at 450-1333 or the Financial Aid Office at 450-1368 if you have questions about costs or financial aid for next year. Staffs in both offices are available to assist you regarding a variety of payment plans and options that the College offers.

In an effort to save paper, this e-mail is the only notice that will be sent to you regarding costs for 2009-10 until you receive your bill from the Business Office. If you are not the primary person responsible for payment of your bill, please share this with that person or persons immediately.

Disclaimer:

Students and parents should be aware that these fees are provided for your information and planning purposes only, and that a complete list of all fees and charges will be published in the 2009-10 Hendrix College Catalog. An official copy of all fees and charges for the 2009-10 academic year will be available on file in the Business Office as soon as all additional non-mandatory fees have been finalized. Fees for the 2009-10 academic year are as follows:

** - Tuition structure for students enrolled prior to 2005 will be effective for 2009-10 only. Any student wishing to continue at Hendrix after the 2009-10 year will pay the same rate as students in the pre-2009 tier.

{1} - This amount is dedicated to the Hendrix College Student Association and allocated to organizations by the Hendrix College Student Senate.

{2} - Includes $200 credit ($100 per semester) for exclusive use in The Burrow or the cafeteria.

{3} - Includes $100 credit ($50 per semester) for exclusive use in The Burrow or the cafeteria.

{4} - Not available except for all students living in apartments or off-campus students. No dining dollars are available within this plan.

{5} - Tier I apartments are the Hendrix Apartments (Front Street), Huntington Apartments, and the Clifton Street Apartments.
