Requirements Document

Write the requirements document for your assigned project. Follow the outline that we discussed in class. As you write the requirements, keep in mind that the project descriptions are vague, so you should introduce as much detail as you think is necessary.

When writing each use case, keep the following in mind:

• Keep it short. Nobody wants to read a long-winded use case.
• What is the level? If it is a summary, feel free to defer details to user-goal use cases.
• What is the scope? Don't write about anything that is outside the scope of this use case.
• Who is the primary actor? In other words, whose goal is being achieved in this use case?

A draft of your document should be complete by 1:15 pm on Tuesday, January 20. Bring a hard copy to class. Also, email me a copy before the start of class.

Your final draft is due at 1:15 pm on Thursday, January 22. Again, bring a hard copy to class, and email me a copy before the start of class.
