Gabriel hears a beep on his cell phone indicating that a text message has arrived. He touches the envelope-shaped icon and the message is opened. After reading the message, he touches the Reply icon and composes a reply using the virtual keyboard that pops up. He then touches the Send icon and waits for the "Message Sent" message. After seeing that the message is sent, he puts his phone away.
