CSCI 360 - Survey of Programming Languages
Fall 2014
Final Project
Each final project may be completed individually or in a group of up to three
students. The project may be implemented in any language and with any topic
upon which the team and instructor can agree. Java, Python, JavaScript, and
C will not be permitted, although C++ is a possibility. In any event,
the language should not have been used prior to August 2014 by anyone
on the project team.
Project Proposal
Each project proposal should include the following:
- A list of team members
- The language chosen for the project
- A few paragraphs describing the project goals
- A proposed timeline for completing the project, including intermediate goals
- Roles and responsibilities of each team member
- A sketch of the program's user interface

- Wednesday, November 5:
- Friday, November 21
- Project progress reports due
- Goals achieved
- Plans for completing the project
- Revisions to project
- Language issues
- Oral presentation in class (PowerPoint)
